it has gone out and several have responded.  We need to follow up on the data for sure.  I can ask Jonathan/team for the data if you like?

What happened to Jonathan’s survey of interested towns? It was something we were hoping to send out in the fall and then it seemed like it was being held up to become a study of some kind, but in the end we never got info on who was interested.

Hi all,
Well, we planted a seed.   I think it would be fine to send a thank you note: “Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to speak with you at the August 28 Public Hearing blah blah blah….
And of course, include some additional info for future consideration….

What do you think?
At least it was early on the agenda, and we didn’t have to sit through a long, drawn-out debate.  And we didn’t see our “friends”.

I wish the TA’s were more NFG-friendly and when they are working with a municipality on updating regs would let us know or would even mention NFG as a possibility.  All these Boards meeting and updating regs (including pouch restrictions) but not looking at NFG.  Frustrating.  Opportunity lost.

Some Boards, after working on updating regs for months, are not going to want to go back to the drawing board with yet another amendment to their Tobacco Sales Regulations. It feels like some municipalities are slipping away without us having a chance. Any ideas?

Pouch restrictions are yet another band aid (and distraction). I guess we like band aids - - AKA Job security.

Have a good night,
Maureen
