Adopted — June 10, 2026, by a vote of 2 to 0; effective January 1, 2027Easthampton's Board of Health voted 2 to 0 on June 10, 2026 to adopt a Nicotine-Free Generation regulation with a birthdate cutoff of January 1, 2006, and to move all nicotine pouch sales to adult-only tobacco stores. The pouch restriction takes effect September 10, 2026; the birthdate provision on January 1, 2027.
